Description

The estate is situated in Chianni (Pisa), in Valdera, about 30 kilometres from the sea and about 10 kilometres from Casciana Terme and its thermal baths. In the estate are a villa and an annex.

The estate is fully fenced and includes 4 hectares of orchards and olive groves and an English lawn shaded with pine, oak and eucalyptus trees and acacias.

About 100 metres from the buildings lies the private swimming pool, which can be covered and had an indoor and an outdoor shower. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers, deck chairs and sunshades.

The estate features also a sauna for 12 people, a tennis court that can be used also as a five-a-side football pitch, the barbecue equipment and a children`s playground equipped with a playhouse, a swing and a slide. At guests` disposal: a wide terrace furnished with table and chairs.

Many village feasts and fairs are held in the surroundings the whole year round. Moreover, the villa is an excellent accommodation for those who would like to visit important Tuscan tourist cities, such as Volterra, Pisa, San Miniato, Lucca, San Gimignano and Florence.


Accommodation

The estate includes a villa and an annex; in total, it sleeps 16+3 people in 4 double-bedded rooms, 4 twin-bedded rooms, 1 supplementary single bed and 1 double sofa bed, and has 5 bathrooms.

The villa is a two-storey building with a livable surface of 300 square metres; it sleeps 12+1 people in 3 double-bedded rooms, 3 twin-bedded room and 1 supplementary single bed, and has 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the equipped kitchen with fireplace, a living room with a playing area with table-tennis table and a bathroom.
The first floor composes of three twin-bedded rooms, three double-bedded rooms and two bathrooms (one with whirlpool bathtub).
A supplementary single bed can be added in any of the bedrooms.

The annex has a livable surface of 80 square metres; it sleeps 4+2 people in 1 double-bedded room, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 double sofa bed, and has 2 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of kitchen, living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, a double-bedded room and a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub.
The first floor is divided into a twin-bedded room and a bathroom.


Facilities and Services

The complex is provided with swimming pool, private tennis court, sauna for 12 people, barbecue, table-tennis table, working fireplaces, DVD player, stereo system with CD player, microwave oven, electric oven, moka coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, safe and covered parking place for three cars.
At guests` disposal: six cot beds, pushchairs, play-pens, high chairs, baby carriers and four mountain bikes.
House-maid service and an Internet dongle are supplied upon request (additional charges apply).

A restaurant is 200 metres from the estate.
Food shops, a tobacconist`s and other shops and services are in Chianni (5 km).
