Description

The 1846, recently renovated villa stands on a hill at the border between Chianti and Pratomagno, in the municipality of Pergine Valdarno (Arezzo), in Upper Valdarno.
The Casentino region, with its castles (famous are those of Poppi and Romena), its parish churches and its sanctuaries (the most renowned being that of La Verna), is within a short drive of the villa, as well as Anghiari, Cortona, Arezzo and Sansepolcro.
The terracotta-tiled floors, the wood-beamed ceilings and the ancient wood-burning oven are typical elements of the traditional Tuscan rural style.

A fully fenced garden furnished with table and chairs for having meals in the open air stretches around the building.
Among the pine trees, the long-stemmed plants and the flowerbeds that dot the garden lies the private swimming pool (7x14 m; depth: 1.20-1.60 m), which is exclusively reserved to guests.


Accommodation

The two-storey building accommodates 8 people in 1 twin bedroom and 3 double bedrooms; the villa has 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor are a kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a dining room, two double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), some service rooms and a bathroom.
The first floor composes of living room with fireplace, service room, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another bathroom.

The villa comes with swimming pool, wood-burning oven, working fireplaces, microwave oven, oven, TV set, dishwasher, washing machine and private car parking space.
A maid service is supplied upon request.
