The 18th-century villa (8 beds) is immersed in the peace and tranquillity of Valdichiana, a mere 1.5 kilometre from Lucignano, a small village of medieval origins south of Arezzo. Divided into two independent apartments but rented as a unit, the villa is surrounded by a gorgeous garden and by olive groves and orchards commanding the Tuscan countryside. Guests can lie and relax in the sunloungers and chairs on the paved terrace around the swimming pool, which is situated in the garden, just a few metres from the building, or they can eat al fresco in the area provided with barbecue equipment, wood burning oven and gazebo furnished with a table and some chairs. The villa is an excellent starting point for one-day trips to Arezzo, Anghiari, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Siena, Florence and San Gimignano. During their stay guests can dedicate themselves to various activities: from hikes and horse or bike rides in the neighbourhood to hot air balloon flights, from Tuscan wine tasting to wellness treatments in Rapolano Terme and Chianciano Terme spas. The villa is provided with all comforts (satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board).
The villa (4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is divided into two apartment with independent entrance but is rented as a unit. The first apartment composes of living room with satellite TV, well equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with queen size bed and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The second apartment composes of well equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
