The villa (10+2 sleeping accommodations) is situated near Cortona (Arezzo), an ancient town of Etruscan origin in Valdichiana. A wide garden overlooking the whole Valdichiana and Montepulciano surrounds the elegant 18th-century building. The villa is provided with swimming pool with hydromassage, a small outdoor gym and a table-tennis table. The swimming pool is furnished with sunloungers and sunshades and the area is provided with a night lighting system. A roofed terrace is furnished for eating al fresco with a table sitting 18/20 people. Bicycles and baby cot are available upon request.
All modern comforts (satellite TV, heating system, oven, microwave oven, American-style coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board) harmoniously blend with the stone and terracotta-tiled floors, the wood-beamed ceilings, the black wood furniture and the wrought-iron beds, typical elements of the ancient Tuscan country houses.
Arezzo, Siena, Pienza, Montalcino and Florence are just some of the famous Tuscan cities of art lying within easy car reach.
Those who want to dedicate to wellness can visit the thermal establishments in Rapolano Terme and Chianciano Terme.
Those who like sport, instead, can play tennis in the nearby tennis club, horse-ride or fly over Valdichiana with a hot air balloon.
The villa (5 double bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed and 4 bathrooms) spreads out two storeys. On the ground floor there are a fully equipped kitchen, a study, a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a dining room with satellite TV, a laundry room and 1 bathroom with shower. The first floor composes of a suite divided into 1 twin-bedded room and a living room with double sofa bed, 1 twin-bedded room, 3 double bedrooms (two with en-suite bathroom with shower) and 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower. At the back of the building there is a small terrace reached through the French doors in the kitchen.
