The villa (accommodation for 10+2 people) is located in the middle of nature in the Tuscan countryside in the Southern of Siena. The building is surrounded by a garden with gazebo, table, chairs and deckchairs, in which there is the swimming pool (4x10x1,50) and a barbecue. The villas has any kind of comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, Internet connection) and has a private parking. On request: additional single bed, cot, high chair, daily change of household linen and cleanings. Mountain bikes for rent and cuisine and photograph classes. The villa has conventions with a riding school. Possibility to play archery, tennis and canoe and to do trekking and orienteering. Spa in the surroundings of the villa.

The nearest town is Radicondoli, where there are shops and services. The villas is a perfect starting point for excursions in Vrious Tuscan cities such as Florence, Siena, Volterra, Lucca, Pisa, Pienza. In the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower.
