Villas with Pool

Description

The villa is situated in Valdichiana, in Centoia (Arezzo), near the town of Cortona. Several surfaced and unsurfaced routes stretch around the villa, excellent for those who want to dedicate to jogging, walks in nature and mountain-bike excursions. Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano, Chianciano Terme with its thermal baths, Pienza, Arezzo, Montalcino and Siena are within easy driving distance.

Fully fenced and furnished in rustic style, the villa is divided into five apartments with independent entrance. The wooden veranda with a trussed roof is furnished for having meals al fresco.

Some natural stone steps lead to the private swimming pool (5x12 m) that lies about 10 metres from the house. The swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and sunshades, and is open from May to September. Near the swimming pool are also a tool shed and a bathroom with shower.

In the garden stands a gazebo with kitchen, closed and provided with heating system, which guests can use even in winter.


Accommodation

The villa is divided into five apartments with independent entrance; in total it sleeps 6+4 people in 3 double-bedded rooms and 2 double sofa beds, and has 5 bathrooms.

Apartment A (2 sleeping accommodations - 1 double-bedded room and 1 bathroom) composes of equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double wrought-iron bed and access to the wooden veranda, and one bathroom with shower.
The apartment overlooks Montepulciano hills.

Apartment B (2 sleeping accommodations - 1 double-bedded room and 1 bathroom) composes of equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double wrought-iron bed and access to the wooden veranda, and one bathroom with shower.
The apartment overlooks Cortona hills.
The apartment can be united with apartment C.

Apartment C (2 sleeping accommodations - 1 double-bedded room and 1 bathroom) composes of equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double wrought-iron bed, and one bathroom with shower.
The apartment can be united with apartment B.

Apartment D (2 sleeping accommodations - 1 double sofa bed and 1 bathroom) composes of a large living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed, and one bathroom with shower.

Apartment E (2 sleeping accommodations - 1 double sofa bed and 1 bathroom) composes of a large living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed, and one bathroom with shower.


Facilities and Services

The villa is provided with private swimming pool, air conditioning (additional charges apply), satellite TV, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and private covered parking place for four cars.
All of the apartments come with independent alarm and heating systems.
At guests` disposal: some bicycles, a cradle and a high chair.
An Internet dongle, a baby sitter, a cook and a maid service are available upon request (additional charges apply).

Shops and services of any kind are within 8 kilometres from the estate.
A bus stop is 1 kilometre from the villa.
