The villa (12 sleeping accommodations) is situated in Lucignano, on a hill of Valdichiana, a Tuscan region stretching between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena. The building overlooks the gentle Valdichiana countryside and the surrounding olive groves.
The lake Trasimeno and some of the most important cities of art of central Italy, such as Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Gubbio, Cortona, Pienza and Assisi, are easily reached by car or by train for amusing one-day trips.
The villa is elegantly furnished and provided with all comforts (air conditioning, satellite TV, CD player, DVD player, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair-dryer, baby cot, fireplace and parking lot). Guests are granted the exclusive use of the swimming pool. Animals are welcome.
The rooms of the villa (6 double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 1 toilette) are deployed over two floors.
The ground floor composes of a large room divided into dining room, living room with fireplace and kitchen, one double bedroom with bathroom with shower ensuite (accessible to disabled people), one twin-bedded room with bathroom with shower ensuite and a toilette. The kitchen opens onto a porch furnished for eating al fresco.
On the first floor are one double bedroom with bathroom with whirlpool bathtub ensuite, a second double bedroom, two twin-bedded rooms with bathroom with shower ensuite, another bathroom with shower and a balcony.
