Description

The villa is a carefully renovated farmhouse situated in Valdichiana, just a few kilometres from Arezzo. Around the building stretch 23 hectares of land covered with vineyards for the production of wines that guests can taste in the wine bar in the estate. A riding stable and some tennis courts are in proximity to the villa, whereas many important Tuscan cities of art, including Arezzo, Siena and Florence, are easily reached for pleasant one-day trips.

A gazebo furnished for having meals outdoor, the barbecue equipment and the private swimming pool (80 sq m; depth: 1.20-1.40 m) are at guests` disposal in the wide garden that surrounds the building.

The cosy rooms, which enjoy a magnificent view of the town of Arezzo, and the wide garden make the villa an excellent location for wedding ceremonies.

The two-storey building offers 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 double sofa bed, thus sleeping 10+2 people; it also has 6 bathrooms.
The villa consists in the kitchen, a dining room with fireplace, a living room, a laundry room, four double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a sixth bathroom.
On the ground floor is a bathroom accessible to disabled people.
