Villas with Pool

The villa (6 sleeping accommodations) is immersed in the peaceful Valdichiana countryside, and is situated near Cortona (Arezzo), an ancient small town of Etruscan origin. The structure is the ideal accommodation for those who love history and the arts: Arezzo, Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino and other important Tuscan cities are within easy driving distance for guests to take pleasant one-day trips. In the vicinity of the villa are a tennis club, a golf club, riding stables and an outlet village selling branded products at profitable prices.

The swimming pool (8 x 4 m) situated in the garden that surrounds the building is at guests` disposal from mid-May to the end of September. The paved terrace commanding the surrounding countryside is furnished for having meals al fresco.

Furnished with good taste and attention to details, the villa is provided with all comforts (heating system, fireplace, air conditioning - only in the twin-bedded room -, satellite TV, Internet connection, DVD player, CD player, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, barbecue equipment and car park). A cot bed and a high chair are available upon request. A baby sitting service and cooking lessons are arranged upon request.

The villa (3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is a two-storey building.
On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with fireplace, a storeroom and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of one twin-bedded room, two double-bedded room, a wardrobe room and a bathroom with shower.
