The charming holiday villa for rent is situated on the hills of Valdichiana, near Cortona (Arezzo), in Tuscany.

Mainly renowned for the Chianina meat, Valdichiana is a region rich in history and culture. Arezzo is certainly the most famous town of the region, but also Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino and the castle of Gargonza as well as Pienza and Montepulciano, in Sienese Valdichiana, are worth a visit.

The last two weeks of May, Lucignano celebrates the end of winter and the beginning of spring hosting the so-called Maggiolata, an event that includes historical pageants, tastings and parades of carts decorated with flowers.

The private swimming pool (about 7x14 m; depth: 2.40 m) is exclusively reserved to guests.

The two-storey building can accommodate 4 guests in 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom, and has 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are a living area with fireplace, dining table and kitchen corner, and a bathroom with shower (hydromassage and steam bath).
The first floor composes of a reading corner, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with access to a covered balcony, and a bathroom with shower.
