Description

The villa is situated in Valdichiana, just a few kilometres from Cortona, in Terontola (Arezzo). Arezzo, Chiusi, Pienza, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Montepulciano, Lake Trasimeno and Florence are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips.

Standing in panoramic position on a hill, the villa overlooks the valley below. The building, which has been recently renovated and is fully fenced, is immersed in an oak wood of about 3 hectares, and next to the estate is a picturesque Romanesque church. In the oak wood is also a pond.

In the wide terraced garden rich in olive trees that surrounds the villa are a gazebo, a wood-burning oven, a sink, the barbecue equipment, a table with some chairs, some deck chairs and a swing.

The private swimming pool (4x9 m; depth: 1.50 m) is about 50 metres from the house and is open from June to September. Around the pool stretches a wide solarium area.

The small gym area next to the swimming pool is equipped with fitness bike, trampoline, dumbbells and fitness step platform.

A table-tennis table is on one of the panoramic terraces.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building; it sleeps 10+2 people in 4 double-bedded rooms, 2 single rooms and 2 supplementary single beds, and has 4 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of two large living rooms with fireplace, two kitchens, two laundry rooms and two bathrooms with shower.

On the first floor are four double-bedded rooms, two single rooms and two bathrooms with bathtub.

In two of the double-bedded rooms can be added two supplementary single beds.

The villa is divided into two 150-square-metre apartments.

The villa comes with swimming pool, fitness bike, trampoline, fitness step platform, table-tennis table, dumbbells, barbecue, wood-burning oven, working fireplaces, satellite TV, DVD player, chest freezer, American-style coffee maker, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, safe and private car parking place.
An Internet dongle, a cook for dinners and cooking lessons, a baby sitter and a maid service are available upon request (additional charges apply).
At guests` disposal: some bicycles.

Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, a post office, banks, shops and services of any kind are 2 kilometres from the villa.
A bus stop is 1 kilometre from the villa.
The nearest railway station is in Terontola.
