The villa (8 sleeping accommodations) is situated on a hill in Valdinievole, 3 kilometres from the centre of Montecatini Terme and its famous thermal establishments, in an area rich in medieval hamlets. A riding school close to the villa organises guided horseback excursions. Collodi and its park dedicated to Pinocchio, the most famous puppet in the world, is just 6 kilometres from the estate. Pisa, Florence, Pistoia, Lucca and the beaches of the Versilia are easily reached for amusing one-day trips.

The building is surrounded by olive groves and a garden furnished with tables, chairs and sunshades, where are the swimming pool and a paved area featuring a barbecue and furnished for eating al fresco with a table sitting up to 12 people. The property is fenced and accessed through a remote-controlled gate.

Provided with all comforts (car park, working fireplace, firewood, cot bed, air conditioning, barbecue, iron and hair dryer), the villa is divided into two independent apartments.

The apartment on the ground floor is reserved to guests, who are also granted the exclusive use of the swimming pool and of the external areas. In case of need, they can contact the owners, who live in the first-floor apartment, which has an independent entry.

The ground-floor apartment (2 triple bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 4 bathrooms) composes of fully equipped kitchen, large living room with working fireplace and dining table sitting up to 20 people, 2 triple bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 4 bathrooms.
