The villa (7 sleeping accommodations) is located close to the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona, in the province of Arezzo, in Valdichiana, and is an excellent accommodation for those who love art and culture: important Tuscan and Italian cities of art, including Arezzo, Siena, Montepulciano and Perugia, are easily reached for amusing one-day trips; moreover, in the vicinity of the villa are also an Etruscan tomb dating back to the 6th century BC and the hermitage Le Celle, where Saint Francis of Assisi lived for some time. Chianciano Terme thermal baths and lake Trasimeno are within easy car distance as well.

Provided with all comforts (fireplaces, heating system, oven, fridge, freezer, American-style coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, cot bed and high chair, TV set, video cassette recorder and uncovered car park), the villa is surrounded by a garden furnished with outdoor furniture, where lies also a fishpond. The swimming pool is at guests` disposal. The paved patio is furnished with outdoor furniture and equipped with a barbecue.

The villa (3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 3 bathrooms) is a two-storey building.
On the ground floor are a living room with TV set, the kitchen with a fireplace, one single bedroom with a fireplace and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of a twin-bedded room, two double-bedded rooms (one of them has an ensuite bathroom) and a second bathroom. One of the double-bedded rooms is directly accessed from outside.
