Villa in Valdichiana, about 20 km away from Arezzo. Sorrounded by greenery, it offers an outdoor area with a garden and a private swimming pool. From the pool you can admire the beautiful Tuscan landscape.

The area around the villa is very peaceful and the closest house is 700 metres away.

From the property you can see olive tree groves, woods and the historic Gargonza Castle, a 13-th century medieval village visited also by Dante Alighieri.


Accomodation

The villa (10+2 beds - 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 double sofa-bed in one of the three double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms) is sorrounded by a garden where you can also dine outside. The private swimming pool (10.5x5.5 mt) is sanitized by salt, not chlorine or other additives. Deck chairs and sun umbrella by the pool.
In the property, there is also a small lake.

The villa is on three levels with a main entrance into the living room on the ground floor, other two entrances into the kitchen and into one bedroom on the ground floor and a private entrance from outside onto the second floor.
On the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a bedroom with dunk beds, a small room with the washing machine.
On the first floor: two bedrooms with two ensuite bathrooms.
On the second floor: a big double bedroom with a double sofa-bed and one ensuite bathroom. Panoramic terrace.
