Villas with pool

The two independent villas (Villa 1 sleeping 10 people and Villa 2 sleeping 6 people) are about 400 metres from Greve in Chianti main square, in the heart of Florentine Chianti, just a few kilometres from Florence historic centre. Immersed in the typical Tuscan landscape, made of vineyards and olive groves, and surrounded by a private garden, both villas are provided with all comforts (private swimming pool, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board, satellite TV, Internet connection and private car park for two or three cars) and furnished with valuable pieces of furniture and ancient pictures. Some hedges separate the two gardens, thus ensuring guests the utmost privacy and independence.

Villa 1 (200 m² - 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) is a three-storey building.
The ground floor composes of kitchen, large living room, laundry room and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are three double-bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom with shower and a twin-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with shower.
On the second floor is a turret that commands the wonderful surrounding landscape. Here is a double-bedded room.

Villa 2 (130 m² - 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilette) is a two-storey building.
The ground floor composes of kitchen, living room and a toilette with a washing machine.
On the first floor are two double-bedded rooms and a twin-bedded room. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with shower; the other bedrooms share a second bathroom with shower.

Renting formulas:
Groups up to 10 people can rent Villa 1 with the exclusive use of the swimming pool.
Groups up to 6 people can rent Villa 2 with the exclusive use of the swimming pool.
Groups from 11 to 16 people can rent both villas and swimming pools.
