Villas with pool

The villa is located in the Florentine Chianti, not too far from San Casciano and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Not too far from the villa there is a little lake. The building dates back to the XIX century and it was completely restored. At the beginning, the villa was a property of the Bandini family whose holdings bordered with Sant’Andrea in Percussina, the town where Nicolò Machiavelli lived. In the garden of the villa there is the private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.40 m), a whirlpool bathtub sitting seven and a children's playground. The villa is equipped with any kind of comfort (Internet connection, satellite TV, stereo system, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, indoor whirlpool bathtub, microwave oven, oven, freezer, juicer, American-style coffee maker, table-football table, pool table, iron, air conditioning, cot bed and private car parking place). Cooking lessons and dinners at the villa are organised upon request. A riding stable, a tennis club and a golf club are within 15 kilometres of the property.

The villa is a three-storey building that can accommodate up to 12 guests in 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 double sofa beds, and has 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet.
On the ground floor there are the kitchen, a living room with two double sofa beds and a toilet.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the second floor, which was a dovecot in the past, there is a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub.
