The villa is located on the hills of the Florentine Chianti, in the Southern-East of the Tuscan capital and overlooks the typical olive groves and vineyards of the Tuscan countryside and the woods of Casentino. The building is surrounded by a garden with outdoor furniture in which there is the swimming pool (8x4,50). Sommelier classes and wine tastings. Dinner with typical Tuscan dishes. Possibility to play tennis and football and to fish. A riding school is 5 km from the villa. In Pontassieve (6,5 km) there is any kind of shop and service.

The building is composed of three independent apartments with any kind of comfort (independent heating, TV, wash machine, dishwasher).

The biggest apartment (4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom) has a sitting room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Balcony with outdoor furniture. On request: additional bed and cot.

The smallest apartment (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom) has a little kitchen, a large room divided into living area, an area used as a double bedroom and an area used as a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On request: cot.

The third apartment (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) has a kitchen, a sitting room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower; besides, it has a panoramic balcony.
