The villa (accommodation for 6 people) is located in San Polo in Chianti, in the heart of the production area of Chianti Classico. In the past, the building was a barn and it has been restored and supplied with any kind of comfort. The panoramic balcony and the swimming pool (8x4) offer a fantastic view on the surrounding vineyards. For those who love nature, it is possible to take walks or to do excursions with bicycles. Not too far from the villa there are also a riding school and the famous ‘Club del Golf dell’Ugolino’ (8 km). Shops and services are 4 km far from the villa.

The villa (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) composes of sitting room, kitchen, dining room, 2 double-bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 room with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub.
