Villas with pool

Elegant villa (accommodation for 6/13 people) dating back to the 20th century completely restored in the heart of the Apennine. The villa is located near the village of Casale, in Mugello, and it is encircled by beech woods and chestnut woods. The building is enclosed by a big garden and it has an open arcade. From the garden there is a marvellous panoramic view.

The villa has a swimming pool, a whirlpool bathtub, a gym and an Internet connection. During your staying at the villa, it is possible to take walks on the trekking lanes. The riding school of the National Park of Falterona is located at 10 kilometres. The historical centre of Florence is at about 45 kilometres and can be easily reached by car or by train.

The villa (accommodation for 6+1 people) is dislocated in two floor: on the ground floor there is a big dining room with a fantastic panoramic view on the valley, a kitchen with a fireplace, dining area, a single sofa bed, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms richly furnished and a bathroom.

Near the villa there is a guesthouse with accommodation for 6 people. The two-storey building composes of kitchen with dining area, living room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The two houses have a private portion of garden furnished for dining al fresco.

It is possible to rent the whole complex or the main villa and the guesthouse individually. In this case, those who rent the main villa are granted the exclusive use of the gym and the swimming pool, whereas those who rent the guesthouse can use the whirlpool bathtub sitting four.
