Built in 1874, the villa (8+3 sleeping accommodations) stands in panoramic position on the hills of Chianti, close to Montespertoli, a town situated between Florence and Siena. San Gimignano and San Miniato are to be seen in the distance. Numerous trekking routes stretch around the property.

Recently renovated, the main house is furnished with elegance and taste and provided with all modern comforts (satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and iron). At guests` disposal: a cot bed and the car park. Breakfast and meals are supplied upon request.

The 1000 m² garden is completely fenced and furnished with tables and chairs for eating al fresco. Here are also the swimming pool and the barbecue equipment.

The complex (4 double bedrooms + double sofa bed and single armchair bed and 3 bathrooms) composes of the villa and a small annex.

The villa features large rooms, beamed ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors.
On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen, a frescoed living room, a small living room, a dining room with fireplace and a large hall. The kitchen opens onto the garden and the veranda, which is furnished with armchairs, sofas and a table football table.
The first floor composes of kitchen, living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. In one of the bedrooms is a single armchair bed.

The annex is a bedsit with kitchenette, double bed and 1 bathroom with shower.
