The complex (accommodation for 8/16/25 people) is located in Montaione, in the heart of Tuscan countryside. They are three independent villas with any kind of comfort (Sat TV, hydro massage, dishwasher, barbecue) and they are surrounded by a big park. Each villa can host 8 people and has a private space in the garden with outdoor furniture. In the garden there are a swimming pool and a solarium area. Possibility to fish in the lake of the park. For guests: fruits and vegetables cultivated in the property and tennis courts. Possibility to buy olive oil, wine, grappa, sparkling wine and sweet wine produced in the property. In the surroundings of the villa there are golf courses. Excursions with horses and mountain bikes.

VILLA 1 (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is dislocated on 2 floors. In the ground floor there are a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting/dining room, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. In the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower and hydro massage bath.

VILLA 2 (4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom) has a sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms,1 bedroom with three single beds, 1 bedroom with french bed (140x190cm) and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with hydro massage bath).

VILLA 3 (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is the biggest one and has a big sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with shower and hydro massage bath.
