The elegant luxury villa (10/20/24 sleeping accommodations) stands on a hill just a few kilometres from Chiusi, a small town of Etruscan origin, and the famous thermal resort of Chianciano Terme, in the province of Siena. Situated at the centre of a large and well-tended garden rich in hedges and cypresses, the villa enjoys a wonderful view over the surrounding countryside. In the garden are the swimming pool (14 x 7 m) and a gazebo furnished for having meals al fresco.

Provided with satellite TV, stereo system, Internet connection, telephone, air conditioning, table tennis, barbecue equipment, laundry area, hydromassage and car park, the complex composes of the main villa and an annex.

The main villa (22 sleeping accommodations - 10 double bedrooms, 2 single sofa beds and 13 bathrooms) is a three-storey building and has a floor space of 800 square metres.
The ground floor composes of kitchen with pantry, fireplace, microwave oven and dishwasher; dining room; large living room with fireplace and table-tennis table; TV room; a bathroom; two toilettes.
On the first floor are a study; a double-bedded room with ensuite bathrooms with shower and whirlpool bathtub; two double-bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom with shower; two twin-bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom with shower. The three double-bedded rooms have direct access to a terrace.
The second floor composes of studio; a double-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub; two double-bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom with shower; two twin-bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom with shower. The two twin-bedded rooms can be transformed into double-bedded ones.

The annex (4 sleeping accommodations - 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is a two-storey building. The ground floor is closed.
On the first floor are a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, two double-bedded rooms and two bathrooms.
