Location

The recently renovated villa furnished with beautiful modern furnishings is located about 5 kilometres from the sea, on the hills of Versilia.

Versilia is the name of a region in northern Tuscany renowned for the beaches of Forte dei Marmi, Marina di Pietrasanta and Viareggio, which since the 1960s have been a favourite destination of many Italian and international politics, showbiz and sports celebrities.

Versilia also gave birth to important Italian artists, including the painter Lorenzo Viani and the composer Giacomo Puccini, in honour of whom every year in Torre del Lago takes place the famous Festival Puccini.

Another event for which Versilia is renowned in Italy and throughout the world is the Carnival of Viareggio, which is considered one of the most important events of this kind in Europe.


Description

Surrounded by an olive grove covering about 8000 square metres and a wide panoramic garden that offers a beautiful view of the coast of Versilia, the villa is an excellent accommodation for those who want to relax in the utmost peace and privacy.
The terraced garden is furnished for having meals al fresco. In the garden are also a wood-burning oven, the barbecue equipment and an outdoor kitchen.
The private swimming pool (10x4.5 m; depth: 0.90-2.20 m) that lies about 100 metres from the building is exclusively reserved to guests.

The famous beaches of Versilia, the picturesque villages of Garfagnana, Lucca, Pisa and other Tuscan cities of art are within short driving distance.


Accommodation

The two-storey building can accommodate 6+2 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 3 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, a covered panoramic terrace and a covered and equipped terrace.
On the basement, which is accessed through an independent entrance, are the kitchen with fireplace and dining area, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a room created in the rocks furnished with a double sofa bed.
