The beautiful villa is located in Valdichiana, a few kilometres from Capolona and Arezzo.

Situated at the confluence of Casentino, Valdichiana, Valtiberina and Valdarno, Arezzo was founded in pre-Etruscan times in an area inhabited since prehistory and then became one of the most important Etruscan towns in Tuscany. The famous "Chimera" - a bronze statue representing the mythological monstrous female creature with the body of a lioness, the tail ending in a snake's head and the head of a goat at the centre of her spine - and the necropolis of Poggio del Sole date back to this period.

After having been conquered by the Romans in the 3rd century and then after having been the theatre of the struggle between the Goths and the Byzantine Empire, Arezzo became a free commune.

Like many other Tuscan towns, Arezzo was involved in the struggle between Guelphs and Ghibellines, and in 1289 the Florentine and Sienese armies defeated Arezzo in the famous battle of Campaldino, in which participated even Dante Alighieri. In 1384 Arezzo was annexed to the Tuscan state ruled by Florence. After a brief period of independence in the first half of the 16th century, in 1569 Arezzo became part of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany.

The villa is a 14th-century building whose large rooms are partly furnished with period items. The building has been renovated with an eye to preserving its original architectural structure.
A long cypress-lined alley leads to the property, which includes a garden furnished with sun loungers. In the garden are also the private swimming pool (9x6 m; depth: 1.50 m) and a table for having meals in the open air.

Many cities of art in Tuscany and central Italy, including Cortona, Anghiari, Arezzo, Siena, Sansepolcro and Florence, are easily reached by car.

The three-storey building can accommodate 10+2 guests in 1 twin bedroom, 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 single bed in one living room and 1 double sofa bed, and has 3 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

The ground floor composes of kitchen, dining room with fireplace, living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
A bathroom with bathtub is on the mezzanine floor.
On the first floor are a living room with a single bed, a salon, a double bedroom, a double bedroom with access to a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a half bathroom.

The dining room on the ground floor has a direct access to the garden.
