Description

The elegant 18th-century aristocratic residence stands in panoramic position on a hill near Staggia, a village in Valdelsa just a few kilometres from Monteriggioni (Siena), and enjoys the view over the castle of Monteriggioni and the surrounding countryside. Important Tuscan cities of art, including Siena and Florence, as well as relatively less-renowned but nevertheless interesting towns - Certaldo, San Gimignano and Colle Val d`Elsa - within easy car reach.

The recently renovated and furnished in period style building is surrounded by a park with century-old holm-oaks. The estate is fully fenced and includes a terrace with lemon trees and a wide yard with a gazebo furnished for having meals al fresco.

The private swimming pool (5x10 m; depth: 1.40-1.60 m) situated in a meadow trimmed with cypress trees about 25 metres from the building is exclusively reserved to guests and is furnished with deck chairs and sun loungers.

The villa accommodates 14 guests in 5 double-bedded rooms, 2 twin-bedded room, and has 6 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

The ground floor composes of large entry hall, fully equipped kitchen, wide living room, dining room, storeroom with washing machine, a double-bedded room with ensuite bathroom and a half bathroom.

On the first floor are a living room with balcony, three double-bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, one double-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, two twin-bedded rooms and another bathroom with shower.

The villa comes with swimming pool, air conditioning, working fireplace, Wi-Fi Internet connection, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer and private car parking place.
Possibility of organising dinners at the villa.
A maid service one day a week is included in the rental rate.
Guests can contact a keeper responsible for the maintenance of the swimming pool and garden in case of need.

Tennis courts, a golf club and a riding stable are within 6 kilometres from the villa.
