Location

The villa is situated in north-western Tuscany, a few kilometres from Versilia.

Versilia is a region that owes its name to the river that flows through its territory. Originally, it included only the municipalities of Pietrasanta, Seravezza, Forte dei Marmi and Stazzema; Camaiore, Viareggio and Massarosa were incorporated into Versilia only about a century ago.

Although it is renowned in Italy and worldwide for its beaches, which at present are still a favourite holiday destination for many VIPs, Versilia is also a land of culture: every year, in the summer, Villa La Versiliana hosts a ballet and theatre festival, whereas Torre del Lago Puccini organises the Festival Puccini. And do not forget that in February floats and masks parade in Viareggio during one of the most famous carnival celebrations in Europe.


Description

The villa is an elegant building designed by two famous architects and interior designers and built on a marble hill in an estate on the hills that surround Lucca. The property includes also an annex rented upon request only with the main villa.

Around the beautiful building with wide windows and a roof that can be opened to ventilate the whole house, stretch 10 hectares of olive groves and woods.

The luxurious villa and the private swimming pool (26x5 m; depth: 1.20 m) a few dozen metres from the building offer a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. The town of Lucca is visible in the distance.
The swimming pool is surrounded by a wide relax area.
The barbecue equipment and a table-tennis table are at guests' disposal.


Accommodation

The villa is a three storey building with bright rooms furnished in a modern and refined style that can accommodate 8+2 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 3 bathrooms and 1 toilette.

The ground floor composes of entrance, laundry room and a half bathroom.
On the first floor are the kitchenette with dining area, a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The second floor consists of three double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom), a room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.

Two wide terraces (one of which leads to the swimming pool) are accessed from the first floor.

The villa features also a fitness area.
