Built on a dune and furnished in a simple but comfortable style, the villa is an excellent accommodation for those who want to relax in a peaceful place just a stone`s throw from the sea, and for sailing and windsurf lovers. A golf club, a riding stable, some tennis courts and Roselle archaeological site are within a few kilometres from the estate.

A private pinewood and a fully-fenced garden equipped with outdoor furniture stretch around the house.


Accommodation

The villa accommodates 9+1 people in 3 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 supplementary single bed; it has 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.
The ground floor composes of kitchen, dining room, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are the living room, a single bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The master`s bedroom with ensuite half bathroom is on the second floor.
A supplementary single bed is supplied upon request.

The villa comes with barbecue equipment, heating system, working fireplaces, Internet connection, satellite TV (upon request), microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cot beds and private car parking space.
