Villas at the Sea

Villa Marino is a luxurious complex composed of two independent villas situated on the top of a completely private hill with a spectacular view on the Versilia coast. Villa Marino is surrounded by 8000 square meters garden with olive-groves and orchards. Villa Marino is the ideal place where you can spend holidays in full relax far from the city traffic noises but at the same time Villa Marino offers the possibility to reach in few minutes by car holiday resorts like Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. La villa is situated in Versilia at 6 km from Viareggio and from Versilia beaches, 8 km from Forte dei Marmi, 5 km from Pietrasanta, 20 km from Lucca, 22 km from Pisa (airport), 90 km from Firenze, 60 km from Cinque Terre, 35 km from Carrara.

Guests can have dinner in the covered terrace or in the garden from where it is possible to enjoy wonderful view on the Versilia coast and on the Tyrrhenian Sea.


Villa Marino composes of two villas: Villa Gialla and Villa Rossa.

Villa Gialla (10 beds) can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, on two floors. The rooms are all furnished with air conditioning, private bathroom and orthopedic beds. The rooms are well refurbished and refined and two of them boat their own terraces. Moreover Villa Gialla offers a large living room with fireplace and satellite TV, equipped kitchen and a great panoramic balcony of 30 square metres equipped with chairs and lunch table.

Villa Rossa (4+1 beds) has been recently restructured. The villa is composed of an equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, a wide bathroom, two balconies. There are also two double bedrooms with panoramic view on the sea and the Apuan Alps. Villa Rossa`s guests have also a wide private garden and a private swimming pool at their disposal with sunbeds and an hammock under a big magnolia.

Villa Gialla: swimming pool with a new ecological healty system based on salted water that allows not to use chlorine, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, American coffee machine, electric oven, satellite TV, DVD player, library, baby bed, wireless service, garden equipped with gazebo, barbecue and lunch table, large private parking.

Villa Rossa: private swimming pool, washing machine, American coffee machine, electric oven, satellite TV, DVD player, patio, garden, parking, baby bed, wireless service.

At Piano di Mommio (2 km) there are all the main shops.
