The 17th-century farmhouse (9 sleeping accommodations) is situated close to the medieval hamlet of Buti, between Lucca and Pisa, in Lower Valdarno. Standing in panoramic position atop a hill and surrounded by pinewoods and olive groves, the farmhouse is just a few kilometres from the celebrated beaches of Versilia. Moreover, it is the ideal lodging for those who would like to discover Lucca, Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Garfagnana and other Tuscan areas with one-day trips. Renovated paying particular attention to the original architecture and furniture, the building has a wide terrace on the front with views of the valley below. Provided with Internet connection, private car port, washing machine and dishwasher, the farmhouse features also a swimming pool (11x3 m) supplied from a small spring famous for its beneficial properties. Not far from the estate are some 9 and 18-hole golf courts.

The two-storey building (3 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom and 3 bathrooms) covers an area of 400 m².
On the ground floor are: the entry hall, the equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace and decorated with wall hangings, the dining/living room with stone fireplace and arches, and 1 toilette. The living room with wall hangings has access to the wide panoramic terrace.
The first floor composes of a large living room with fireplace and ancient Tuscan-style furniture, 2 double-bedded rooms with wrought-iron beds, 1 twin-bedded room that may become a double-bedded room, 1 bedroom with double bed and a single bed, and 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub).
