Villas at the Sea

Situated in panoramic position atop a hill into the foothills of the Apuan Alps, the villa (8+2 sleeping accommodations) is situated in Pieve di Camaiore, a small village close to Camaiore, in Versilia, just a few kilometres from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio. Not only is the villa an excellent starting point for trips to Lucca, Cinque Terre, Pisa and Garfagnana; it is also the ideal accommodation for those who dream of relaxing holidays in the utmost privacy.

In the wide garden that surrounds the building, furnished with external shower, table, sun loungers and chairs, lies a wonderful private swimming pool (8.50 x 5 m; depth: 1.10 m). A wood-burning oven is at guests` disposal on the terrace near the kitchen.

Provided with all comforts (air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet connection, CD player, DVD player, fans, heating system, telephone, oven, microwave oven, American-style coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, cot bed and high chair and uncovered car park), the villa is furnished in contemporary style and with antique pieces.

The villa (3 double-bedded rooms, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) is built against the hills and follow the slope.
The lower level composes of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The level has direct access to the garden.
On the main level are the fully equipped kitchen; a wide living room with fireplace, satellite TV, game table and three sofas (one of which can be transformed into a double bed); a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The upper floor composes of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
