The villa (6 sleeping accommodations) is situated in Siena countryside, in Valdelsa, close to Monteriggioni and to ancient castles dating back to the 12th and 13th centuries. The villa is the ideal accommodation for those who want to live in close contact with nature, surrounded by the typical Tuscan hills and the landscape of Siena countryside. Numerous pathways stretch around the villa for long walks, mountain-bike and horse rides and important tourist destinations, such as Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Certaldo and Florence, are easily reached for one-day trips.
A 600-mē garden stretches around the building; here there are the barbecue equipment and the swimming pool (10x5, depth: 1,20-2,50 m), open from May to October. The villa features also an outdoor veranda furnished with table and chairs and overlooking the magnificent panorama of Siena countryside.
The villa is provided with all comforts (satellite TV, stereo system, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, iron and ironing board and private parking lot). At guests` disposal: cot and high chair for children. Riding stables within 3 kilometres.
The villa (3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) consists in living room with fireplace and French-door opening onto the veranda, fully equipped kitchen, storeroom, 1 twin-bedded room and en-suite bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms with direct access to the swimming pool (one is also provided with en-suite bathroom with shower) and 1 bathroom with shower.
