The villa (10 sleeping accommodations) is situated between Cortona and Montepulciano, in Valdichiana. Provided with all modern comforts (satellite TV, heating system, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, microwave oven, oven, American-style coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board), the villa features some typical elements of the Tuscan country residences, such as cotto-tiled and wood-beamed ceilings, terracotta-tiles floors and wood and wrought-iron furniture.
The swimming pool in the garden overlooks the whole Valdichiana and Montepulciano. The pool side is furnished with sunloungers and sunshades. Close to the swimming pool there is a smaller pool provided with hydromassage.
A small outdoor gym has been created under a gazebo. Near the swimming pool there is a dressing room with shower.
The villa features also a porch furnished for eating al fresco and provided with barbecue equipment and wood-burning oven. At guests` disposal: a table-tennis table.
Small historical and cultural towns, such as Montalcino, Pienza, Anghiari and San Gimignano, as well as important cities of art, such as Arezzo, Siena and Florence, are within easy car reach.
In the neighbourhood of the villa there are also the thermal establishments of Rapolano Terme and Chianciano Terme. Possibility of hiking, mountain biking or horse riding along the pathways that surround the property, of playing golf or tennis in the clubs near the villa and of admiring the whole Valdichiana from a hot air balloon.
The villa (5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) consists in a main building and an annexe.
The main building (3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) spreads out over two storeys. On the ground floor there are a hallway, a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a veranda with table sitting 10 people and 1 bathroom with shower. The first floor composes of 1 twin-bedded room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower and 1 bathroom with shower. The veranda is provided with French doors opening onto the garden.
The annexe (2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom) consists in kitchen, dining room, living room with satellite TV, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 bathroom with shower.
