Villas at the Sea

Description

The villa stands on the Versilia hills, in Monsagrati, just a few kilometres from Lucca historic centre and the beaches in Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi.

The cottage is part of a 70-hectare estate and in the past was the annex of the nearby 18th-century villa.

The building is surrounded by a garden exclusively reserved to guests, in which lies the private swimming pool (6x4 m; depth: 1.20 m), furnished with sun loungers, sunshades and deck chairs and open from May to mid-October.

A veranda is furnished with table and chairs and provided with lighting system for having meals al fresco in the evening.

In the completely renovated building period furniture, terracotta-tiled floors and joisted ceilings - traditional elements of the Tuscan rustic style - mix with modern design.


Accommodation

The two-storey building sleeps 8+2 people in 2 double-bedded rooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms and 2 supplementary single beds, and has 2 bathrooms.

The cottage is divided into an equipped kitchen with direct access to the large outdoor pergola, two double-bedded rooms (one of which is on the ground floor), two rooms with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed (one of which is on the ground floor), two bathrooms with shower and a laundry area.

Two supplementary single beds can be added upon request in any of the bedrooms.

The villa comes with swimming pool, fireplace, wireless Internet connection both in the house and in the garden, satellite TV, fridge, freezer, crockery, pots and pans, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes-horse, wine rack with wine list, uncovered private car parking place.

Some bicycles, a cook and a baby sitter are available upon request (additional charges apply).

Ceremonies with catering service, bike excursions, guided tours, tasting events, cooking lessons, beauty treatments, shuttle and helicopter shuttle services are organized upon request (additional charges apply).

Any kind of shops and services are in Monsagrati, about 2 kilometres from the estate.

A bus stop is about 2 kilometres from the villa.
