Description

The holiday villa is located a few kilometres from the beaches of Versilia and from Lucca, in a very peaceful area at the foot of the Matraia hills, and is an excellent departure point for trips to Florence, Pisa, Siena and other important Tuscan cities of art and culture. Renting the villa could be a good solution for sporty tourists, who can visit the riding stables and the tennis courts in proximity to the estate, or do some excursions with the bicycles at guests` disposal.

In the fully fenced 1800-square-metre garden that surrounds the building are an external kitchen with a wood-burning oven and the barbecue equipment, a gazebo furnished with table and chairs, an external bathroom with shower and the private swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 1.50 m), open from June to September.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building; it sleeps 12+1 people in 5 double-bedded rooms, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 single sofa, and has 2 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of entry hall; fully equipped kitchen; dining room; living room with piano; room with washing machine, wash-basin, whirlpool shower and stationary bicycle; two double-bedded rooms; one bathroom with bathtub.

On the first floor are a dining room with single sofa bed; a kitchen; three double-bedded rooms; a room with two single beds; a bathroom with bathtub.

The dining room on the first floor opens onto a balcony with stairs leading to the garden.


Facilities and Services

The villa comes with swimming pool, wood-burning oven, barbecue, satellite TV, stationary bicycle, whirlpool shower, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, safe and private car parking place.
A cradle and a children bed are supplied upon request.
Some adult and children bicycles are at guests` disposal.

Shops and services of any kind are within 1 kilometre from the villa.
Some tennis courts exclusively reserved to the owners of the villas in the vicinity are 50 metres from the estate.
A riding stable is in Marlia (500 metres).
