The elegant villa (12 sleeping accommodations) is situated in Gavinana district, on the southern outskirts of Florence, not far from the hill where lays Piazzale Michelangelo, the terrace giving a breathtaking view of the Tuscan main town. Every morning close to the villa takes place a characteristic street market. In the neighburhood of the villa stretches also the Parco dell`Albereta, a wide green area for wonderful walks under majestic trees. The city centre, Piazza del Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery and all major Florentine monuments are within a few-minute bus ride.

A pretty 300-square-meter garden surrounds the building. At guests` disposal: an uncovered car park closed with electric gate for one car about 100 meter from the villa.
