Farm holidays in Tuscany

The San Miniato Farmhouse (11 apartments) is located on the Florentine hills, in the boundary between Florence and Siena. The Farmhouse is an ancient restored farm surrounded by Chianti vineyards, olive groves and woods. In the ground floor there is a reception, a common room and a room for the direct sell of the products from the estate: Chianti wine, extra virgin olive oil and olive paste from biological agriculture. 50 m from the villa there is the swimming pool, with terra cotta floor, beach umbrellas, deckchairs and a swimming pool for babies (14x7). Besides, in the garden there is a barbecue and a balcony with tables, chairs and armchairs. 3 km from the farmhouse there is the San Miniato Golf. 500 meters from the villa there is a little food shop while in San Miniato Basso (4 km) there are supermarkets and services.

The Farmhouse is composed by 11 apartments, each one with hob, oven and fridge and sitting room. Sat TV, safe and household linen are included in the rental price.

Apartment 1 (50 sq-m. – accommodation for 2+2 people , 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom): Two-roomed flat in the ground floor with 1 bedroom with wardrobe, corridor and a bathroom with shower. In the sitting room there is accommodation for another 2 people.

Apartment 2 (50 sq-m. – accommodation for 2+2 people, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom): Two-roomed flat in the ground floor with 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, corridor and bathroom with shower. In the sitting room there is accommodation for another 2 people.

Apartment 3 (41 sq-m. – accommodation for 2+2 people, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom): Two-roomed flat in the ground floor also for disabled people with 1 bedroom with wardrobe, corridor and 1 bathroom with shower. In the sitting room there is accommodation for another 2 people.

Apartment 4 (56 sq-m. – accommodation for 2+2 people, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom): Two-roomed flat in the ground floor also for disabled people with 1 bedroom with wardrobe, corridor and 1 bathroom with shower. In the sitting room there is accommodation for another 2 people.

Apartment 5 (43 sq-m. – accommodation for 2+2 people, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom): Two-roomed flat in the first floor with 1 bedroom, corridor and 1 bathroom with shower. In the sitting room there is accommodation for another 2 people.

Apartment 8 (62 sq-m. – accommodation for 4+2 people, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms): Three-roomed flat composed by 2 bedrooms (one with private bathroom with shower), corridor and sitting room with accommodation for another 2 people and another bathroom with shower.

Apartment 9 (64 sq-m. – accommodation for 4+2 people, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom): Three-roomed flat divided in 2 floors composed by 2 bedrooms with attic and a bathroom with shower. In the sitting room there is accommodation for another 2 people, a fireplace and 1 bathroom with shower.

Apartment 10 (33 sq-m. – accommodation for 2 people, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom): Bedsit with sitting room/double bedroom, bathroom with shower and fireplace. The apartment has a panoramic furnished balcony.

Apartment 11 (85 sq-m. – accommodation for 4+3 people, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms): Four-roomed flat in the first floor composed by 2 bedrooms (one with private bathroom with shower), a panoramic attic with accommodation for 2 people, a single sofa bed and a little bathroom with shower. In the sitting room there are a fireplace and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has a panoramic furnished balcony.
