The farmhouse (6+2 sleeping accommodations) is a 17th-century building immersed in the vineyards, olive groves and grainfields of the Valdichiana, between Montepulciano and Sinalunga, in the province of Siena. The farmhouse is surrounded by a wide garden in which are the swimming pool, a table-football and table-tennis table. The pool side is furnished with sunloungers and sunshades. On the right of the entrance is a loggia furnished for eating in the open air and provided with a wood-burning oven.
The ancient building has been completely renovated and provided with working fireplace, pellet stove, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and iron and ironing board. The house is furnished in the traditional Tuscan rustic style and presents tiled and beamed ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors. The farmhouse enjoys a spectacular view of the neighbouring village of Scrofiano and of the medieval town of Lucignano, which is to be seen in the distance.
Guests are granted the exclusive use of the garden and of the swimming pool. In case of need, they can contact the owners of the farmhouse, who live nearby.
The apartment (3 double bedrooms + double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms) is one the first floor of the farmhouse and consists in a living room with TV set and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a studio with a double sofa bed, 1 twin-bedded room, 2 double-bedded rooms, 1 toilette and 1 bathroom with shower. The laundry room on the ground floor is accessed only from outside.
