The farmhouse (6 sleeping accommodations) stands atop a hill in Garfagnana, just a few kilometres from Castelnuovo Garfagnana, in the province of Lucca. The building is situated in the heart of the Apuan Alps Park and enjoys a breathtaking view of both the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine. In the garden lies the swimming pool, surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with sunloungers and gazebos. A part of the swimming pool is decorated with a rocky wall, with water flowing from it. The farmhouse is provided with all comforts (satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, stereo system and DVD player) and disposes of a private parking lot. At guests` disposal: a large gazebo equipped with cooker, oven, barbecue equipment, roasting-jack, table and chairs for eating outdoor. The swimming pool and the garden are provided with a night lighting system. Close to the farmhouse flows the Edron river, in whose waters fishers can dedicate to their favourite hobby. Long hikes in the woods surrounding the farmhouse await nature lovers. The "Grotta del Vento" (Wind Cave) in Fornovolasco and the submerged village of Fabbriche di Careggine, which reappears every ten years at the draining of the basin, are a few kilometres from the farmhouse. Possibility of doing one-day trips to Lucca and the Versilia.

The rooms of the farmhouse (3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) spread out over three floors. The ground floor composes of fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and 1 bathroom. On the first floor there are the living room with satellite TV and fireplace and the library. The second floor consists in 1 room with bunk bed, 2 double bedrooms (one featuring a baclony) and 1 bathroom.
