Description

The ancient cottage is situated in Valdichiana, about 5 kilometres from the centre of Arezzo. Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Anghiari, Sansepolcro, other tourist destinations in Valdarno, Casentino and Valtiberina, as well as Siena and Florence are easily reached for pleasant one-day trips.

Built in the late 17th century and elegantly and skilfully renovated, the building is surrounded by a garden and 1 hectare of cultivated land.

The garden comes with a wood-burning oven and the barbecue equipment.

A swimming pool (14x7 m; depth: 1.50 m) reserved to the exclusive use of the guests together with the surrounding garden is about 30 metres from the building. The swimming pool is provided with Roman steps and is open from May to September. A half bathroom near the swimming pool is reserved to guests.

The two-storey building is divided into three apartments. The owners live in the apartment on the first floor and in their way home have to pass through the portico at front of the farmhouse, which is about 30 metres from the swimming pool and the garden.


Accommodation

The apartments for rent are on the ground floor; in total they sleep 10 people in 3 double-bedded rooms and 2 twin-bedded rooms, and have 5 bathrooms.

Apartment A (4 beds) composes of kitchen, large living room, one twin-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with shower and one double-bedded room ensuite bathroom with shower.

Apartment B (4 beds) consists in a wide living room with working fireplace and kitchenette and two double-bedded rooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower.

Bedroom C is furnished with two single beds; it comes with an ensuite bathroom with shower and has an independent entrance.

Two sleeping accommodations for children are available upon request.

The farmhouse is provided with swimming pool, wood-burning oven, air conditioning (additional charges apply), working fireplace, Internet connection, satellite TV, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine (additional charges apply), private covered car parking place.
A cook and a baby sitter are available upon request.
A maid service is supplied upon request (additional charges apply).
