Luxury Villas

The villa (accommodation for 12+2 people) is located in the heart of Florentine hills, at about 15 km from Florence and is enclosed by 200 hectares of vineyards and olive groves. The villa was built in the XI century in a dominant position on the surrounding area and hosted many famous people such as Gioacchino Rossi, Enrico Fermi and Giosuè Carducci. The villa is furnished with ancient furniture and is enclosed by an Italian garden and by a park. The swimming pool (6x12) is partly covered and partly discovered and has a changing-room with shower. The villa has any kind of comfort (billiard table, TV, hydro massage). If requested, guests can have additional services not included in the price: chef, laundry service, baby-sitter. Besides, it is possible to buy the products of the winery: Chianti, Vin Santo, Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The castle (4 bedrooms + 2 double suites + 2 single sofa beds and 6 bathrooms) is divided in 4 floors.
On the ground floor are a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room, a dining room, a big sitting room with 2 single sofa beds, a bathroom accessible to disabled people (open upon request), a bathroom with shower and a toilet.
On the first floor are a small sitting room, a double suite with private bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 twin-bedded rooms and a bathroom with hydromassage.
On the second floor are a laundry, a study/library, 2 twin-bedded rooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a double suite with private bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On the third floor is a big sitting room with billiard table, TV set and gambling table.
