Farmhouses

Surrounded by three hectares of vineyards and olive groves, the farmhouse (sleeping 8+1) is situated in the heart of the Chianti district, in San Polo in Chianti. The building stands in panoramic position atop a hill and enjoys a wonderful view of the woods of Vallombrosa and of the Valdarno. The farmhouse is the ideal departure point for visiting both the Florentine and Sienese Chianti, whereas important cities of art, such as Florence, Arezzo and Siena, with their masterpieces renowned all over the word lie within easy driving distance.

Although it has been recently renovated, this ancient residence of the Medici family still presents some typical elements of the Tuscan country houses, such as terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The farmhouse is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The swimming pool lies in the garden surrounding the building and offers a magnificent view of the valley below. At guests` disposal: Internet connection, barbecue, microwave oven, espresso coffee maker, iron, toddlers bed, wide gazebo furnished with table and chairs. The barn has been converted into a living room.

The farmhouse (4 double bedrooms, 1 single sofa bed and 2 bathrooms) is divided into two apartments.

The apartment on the ground floor consists of kitchen, living room with single sofa bed, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The apartment on the first floor composes of kitchen-living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
