Historic Centre Apartments

The Oltrarno Apartments are located in the homonymous area of Florence, few meters from Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti. The district is located in the historical centre of Florence and is rich in handicraft and antique shops but also in restaurants and ‘trattorie’ (typical Florentine restaurants).

Distances: Palazzo Pitti 10 min – Uffizi e Piazza Signoria 15 min – Piazza Duomo 20 min.

All the Oltrarno Apartments are located in the same floor of a building without elevator and can be rent all together or separated.

Apartment 1 (accommodation for 2+1 people – 1 bedroom + 1 single sofa bed and 1 bathroom): Apartment in the 4th floor (attic) formed by a sitting room with hob and sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with French bed and 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment has 2 balconies, one in the sitting room and 1 on the roof (with tables, chairs and deckchairs) with circular staircase from the sitting room.

Apartment 2 (accommodation for 4+2 people – 1 double bedroom + double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms). Apartment in the 3rd floor composed by a sitting room with double sofa bed and false ceiling with 2 single beds, a kitchen, 1 double bedroom with tester bed and 2 bathrooms with shower. The apartment has a little balcony with table and chairs.

Apartment 3 (accommodation for 3+1 people – 1 double bedroom + single sofa bed and 1 bathroom). Apartment in the 3rd floor composed by a sitting room with single sofa bed, false ceiling with 1 single bed, a kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment has a little balcony.
