Built in the 15th century, in origin the villa was a monastery immersed in the colours and scents of the Tuscan countryside. A few kilometres from the property is the stop of the bus to Florence historic centre. Many Tuscan cities of art and tourist destinations, including Arezzo, San Gimignano, Siena and Pisa, are easily reached for pleasant one-day trips.

The villa is surrounded by a garden, in which lies the private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 0.80-1.40 m). Guests can have their meals in the porch furnished with table and chairs and relax in the wide courtyard enjoying the stunning view of the valley below.

The ground floor composes of large kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, a single bedroom and a half bathroom.
On the first floor are a billiard room, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and two bathrooms.
A large double bedroom is on the second floor.
