Location

The villa is set near Montespertoli, a small town of the province of Florence situated in the Chianti region.

Chianti is the name of a wide region in central Tuscany renowned for the production of the homonymous wine. Many wineries organise tasting events for tourists and good-food lovers. On these occasions people can taste not only the famous Chianti wine DOCG but also slices of Tuscan bread with extra-virgin olive oil and excellent cured meats and cheeses.


Description

The villa is a portion of a farmhouse surrounded by a wide garden furnished with a gazebo, a table and some chairs for having meals in the open air, and equipped with a masonry barbecue.
A few dozen metres from the house lies the private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.30 m), equipped with an outdoor shower.

The whole Chianti Classico region, Florence, Siena, Pisa, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca and many other places of tourist interest are within easy driving distance.


Accommodation

The three-storey building can accommodate 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of a living room with a kitchen corner, the dining area and a fireplace.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The second floor consists of a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

The villa comes with swimming pool, outdoor shower, masonry barbecue, fireplace, TV set, DVD player, Internet connection, oven, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, American-style coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking place.
A domestic help is available upon request.
