The villa (accommodation for 9 people) is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in Castelfiorentino, a municipality 25 km far from Florence. In the garden, which overlooks the surrounding countryside, there are the swimming pool (6x12) and a barbecue. The garden has outdoor equipments. The villa has any kind of comfort (Internet connection, air conditioning, heating, Sat TV in every room, safe, washing machine, dishwasher) and has a private indoor parking. Guests can taste the products of the vegetable garden and the fruit trees of the villa. If requested: additional cot in one bedroom. The villa is the perfect starting point for trips in important Tuscan art cities such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa

The building (5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms) consists in a barn and a villa, both divided in two floors. In the barn there are a sitting room with a little kitchen, 1 single bedroom with additional bed and private bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, a bathroom and a laundry. If requested: additional bed in one of the bedrooms. In the villa there are a sitting/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a little laundry, 2 double bedrooms, both with private bathroom with shower
