Surrounded by 3 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, the farmhouse (10+4 sleeping accommodations) is situated in the heart of the Chianti district, in San Polo in Chianti. Standing in panoramic position atop a hill, the building enjoys a wonderful view of the woods of Vallombrosa and of the Valdarno. The farmhouse is the ideal starting point for visiting both the Florentine and Sienese Chianti, whereas important cities of art, such as Florence, Arezzo and Siena, with their masterpieces renowned all over the word lie within easy car distance.

Recently renovated, this ancient residence of the Medici family still presents some typical elements of the Tuscan country houses, such as terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The farmhouse is provided with dishwasher and washing machine. The swimming pool lies in the garden surrounding the building and offers a magnificent view of the valley below. At guests` disposal: toddlers bed, wide gazebo furnished with table and chairs and wood-burning oven. The barn has been converted into a living room.

The farmhouse (6 double bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed and 4 bathrooms) is divided into three apartments.

Apartment Il Tulipano (80 m² - 4+2 sleeping accommodations) consists in well-equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, double sofa bed and 1 bathroom.

Apartment Le Rose (70 m² - 4 sleeping accommodations) composes of well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 bathroom.

Apartment Il Giglio (80 m² - 4 sleeping accommodations) consists in well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 2 bathrooms.
