The house is 1 km from the town of Lamole where there are the indispensable services (café, restaurant and grocer’s shop) and 8 km from the villa there is Greve in Chianti with any kind of shops and services (postal office, bank, chemist’s and supermarket). The house is in a strategic position in order to visit the most important places and cities of Chianti and Tuscany. Distances: Florence 30 km – Siena 30 km – San Gimignano 55 km – Volterra 75 km – Pisa 110 km – Lucca 116 km.

The house (accommodation for 6 people – 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) is dislocated on 2 floors. On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are a big sitting room with kitchen. Near the building there are a big panoramic terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue, and a panoramic garden.
