Description

The holiday farmhouse is situated in Florentine Chianti, in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, in the province of Florence, halfway from the town of the lily and Siena. Surrounded by a fully fenced 1000-square-metre garden, the farmhouse offers a magnificent view over the surrounding countryside. In the garden lies the private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1-1.60 m), equipped with sun loungers and exclusively reserved to guests. In the garden there is also the barbecue equipment. The garden is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco. The farmhouse is an excellent departure point for visiting the whole Chianti region, Florence, Siena and other important Tuscan cities of art.


Accommodation

The two-storey building sleeps 11 people in 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, and has 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, a living room, the dining room, one room with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and two bathrooms.

The first floor composes of living room, salon, dovecot-studio, one room with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The kitchen opens onto the kitchen, whereas one of the bedrooms and the dining room on the ground floor have a direct access to the garden.

The farmhouse is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, Internet connection, air conditioning, DVD player, microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and private car parking place.
A cot bed is available upon request.

The nearest railway station is in Florence, 30 kilometres from the farmhouse.
Some tennis courts are 100 metres from the estate.
A riding stable is 1 kilometre and a golf club is 20 kilometres from the farmhouse.
