Luxury Villas

The elegant 14th century villa (20 sleeping accommodations) is situated in San Donato in Collina. Florence historic centre is a mere 15 kilometres away and is easily reached by train and by bus. Surrounded by a wide park rich in century-old trees, not only is the villa an excellent starting point for visiting Siena, Arezzo, Pisa and all the most important Tuscan cities of art; it is also the ideal location for celebrating weddings and any other special event in an elegant and refined atmosphere, or just for having relaxing holidays in the utmost privacy. Tuscan cooking lessons are arranged upon request and guests can participate in the grape harvest.

Partly destroyed during World War II and then renovated, the villa features a panoramic terrace and is provided with all comforts (swimming pool, fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, satellite TV, DVD player, Internet connection, telephone, hair dryer, cot bed and car park). The estate is fully fenced. Four bicyles are at guests` disposal.

The building (9 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 11 bathroons) covers an area of 600 m².
The entry door opens onto a large billiard room.
The first floor is divided into living room, dining room, kitchen, two double-bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
The second floor composes of two wings. In the left wing are a double-bedded room and a single bedroom, both with ensuite bathoorm; in the right wing are six double bedrooms, five of which have an ensuite bathroom, and a bathroom exclusively reserved to the sixth bedroom.
