Situated near Pitigliano, in the Tuscan Maremma, the residential farm (13+3 sleeping accommodations) is the ideal lodging for those who dream of relaxing holidays in the Tuscan countryside.
The structure accommodates its guests in two independent cottages covering an area of 100 mē each; both cottages have their own garden and swimming pool. The cottages are part of a farm that produces extra virgin olive oil, wine and cereals using biological cultivation methods. In the neighbourhood of the structure there are Saturnia spa resorts and the medieval villages of Sovana and Sorano. Sporty guests can dedicate to trekking and mountain bike or horse ride in the wonderful Maremma countryside. A wood-burning oven and the barbecue equipment are at guests` disposal. Animals are welcome and free to run around the fully fenced gardens.
The two cottages composing the structure are divided into several apartments.
Le Casette 1 (7+2 sleeping accommodations - 3 bedrooms, 2 armchair beds and 2 bathrooms) is divided into a bedsit with kitchenette, double bed, 2 armchair beds and 1 bathroom and a larger apartment, composed of living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom with double and single bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. A large porch, furnished with tables and chairs, and the swimming pool, supplied with sunloungers and sunshades, complete the cottage. The cottage is also provided with private parking lot and barbecue equipment.
Le Casette 2 (6+1 sleeping accommodations - 3 bedrooms, 1 armchair bed and 3 bathrooms) is divided into an apartment composed of 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom, a second apartment consisting in kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom and a bedsit with kitchenette, double bed, armchair bed and 1 bathroom. The swimming pool furnished with sunloungers completes the cottage. The garden is provided with outdoor furniture. At guests` disposal: barbecue equipment and wood-burning oven. The cottage disposes of a private parking lot.
